Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your Outzy AI account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
- How to request account deletion
- Open the Outzy AI mobile application.
- Go to Profile > Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your request.

What data will be deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- User profile information
- Uploaded clothing images
- Wardrobe items
- Saved outfits and favorites
- Usage streak data
- Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Data retention period
Account deletion requests are processed within 90 days.
